About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at ETAC Service & Supply Inc. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies, design operations, and performance research of electrical generation and distribution networks
  • Supervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts, and other engineers
  • Prepare material cost and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications
  • Design electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment
  • Supervise and inspect the installation and operation of electrical and electronic systems and equipment
  • Develop maintenance and operating standards for electrical and electronic systems and equipment
  • Investigate electrical or electronic failures
  • Conduct micro or nanodevices simulations, characterization, process modeling, and integration in the development of new electronic devices and products
  • Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test, and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies, and systems
Requirements
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
  • AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Windows, and electronic mail proficiency
  • Experience in the installation, maintenance, and inspection of equipment or facilities
  • Specialization or experience in the green economy sector
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work as a team player
