Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Haircutting and Grooming: Cut and trim hair according to client preferences, using a variety of techniques and tools to achieve a high level of quality and precision.
  • Shaving and Trimming: Shave and trim beards and mustaches to the highest standards, using specialized equipment and techniques.
  • Scalp Care: Provide scalp conditioning massages and other hair treatments to promote relaxation and well-being.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other barbers and staff members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the barbering industry.
  • Certifications: Barbering Trade Certification and Barber Licence.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
