About the Role

Royer Thompson Management and Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful team performance.
  • Screening Questions: Conduct thorough screening of candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in business development and leadership.
