About the Role

Avalon Metal Fabrication Inc. is seeking a skilled Laser Cutter Operator to join our team. As a Laser Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to fabricate metal parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate laser cutting machines to cut and fabricate metal parts and components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate cutting and fabrication
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards
  • Collaborate with production team to meet production deadlines and targets
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on laser cutting machines
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in laser cutting and fabrication
  • Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
