We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire, Brake and Alignment Technician to join our team at Kal Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in all aspects of tire, brake, and alignment services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments.
  • Safely perform tire removal, installation, and repair for passenger and light truck vehicles.
  • Diagnose tire issues, evaluate reparability, and apply appropriate repair methods.
  • Basic understanding and use of alignment machines, flush machines, oil lube and filter service.
  • Assist and perform mechanical inspections and services, including work order procedures, alignment, flush machines, and oil lube and filter service.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, consistently surpassing each client's expectations.
Requirements:
  • Completion of Automotive Technician Program or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to excel in a physically demanding environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout the day.
  • Motivated, Positive attitude, respectful work environment, develop team members in a positive atmosphere.
