Position Overview

The Vice President of Operations at Jin's Art Inc. will play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards its strategic goals. This leadership position demands a seasoned professional with a robust background in operational management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Efficiently distribute material, human, and financial resources to align with organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Department Leadership: Authorize and structure the formation of major departments, appointing senior staff to oversee operations.
  • Coordination: Oversee the collaborative efforts of various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization while formulating or approving relevant policies and programs.
  • Representation: Act as the face of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
  • Staff Selection: Identify and select middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, delegating authority and fostering optimal working conditions.
  • Financial Oversight: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional strategies, and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Travel Requirements
