Informatics Advisor Role

PBS Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled Informatics Advisor to join our team. As an Informatics Advisor, you will work closely with our Informatics team to provide top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to clients via phone and email
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to data feeds and vendor communications
  • Configure online payment systems and texting numbers
  • Assist onsite teams with setting up payment processing machines and web setups
  • Work with internal staff to investigate and resolve issues
  • Maintain documentation and update processes as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of printer and network setups, servers, and Microsoft platform
  • Experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment is an asset
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective time management, organization, and self-management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
