As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating a fully equipped van and delivering groceries to customers with a smile.
- Working closely with our online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations.
- Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
- Ensuring safe and efficient delivery of groceries, adhering to the rules of the road.
- Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A valid class 5 BC driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
- Experience in a customer service-related role.
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- The ability to lift up to 40 pounds and use a smartphone to navigate.
