Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping supervisors and staff to achieve exceptional results
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Quality and Standards
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in housekeeping services
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations
    • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with hotel staff, management, and external partners
    • Communicate regularly with the housekeeping team to ensure clear understanding of expectations and goals
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 40 hours per week
