About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at JJBG Holdings Inc. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including portioning and wrapping foods, and maintaining accurate records of food quantities.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
