Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at ASEES AMBAR JANITORIAL LTD. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, and clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse, and move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
  • Supervision and Safety: Perform safety and security checks, and supervise other workers as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a permanent position and 35 hours of work per week.
  • Language: English.
