Job Title: Site Superintendent, Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, with a focus on site supervision.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex construction issues.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
