We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bar Manager to join our team at LOCAL Public Eatery. As a Bar Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering an unexpectedly memorable experience for our guests and community.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the bar to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality and leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.

  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and manage operational costs.
