We are looking for a highly skilled Banking & Capital Markets Consulting Manager to join our team in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client engagements and lead transformation projects at Retail and Commercial Banks
- Develop and maintain client relationships at various levels
- Identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposals
- Collaborate with other service lines in Management Consulting
- Provide guidance and coaching to your team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 6+ years of consulting and/or banking experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Passion for excellence and building client relationships
- Open to learning new industries and business functions
