Position Overview

The role of a Shipping and Receiving Clerk is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and inventory management processes at Lake Louise Inn. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining efficient supply chain activities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble containers and crates for storage and shipment
  • Inspect and verify incoming merchandise against invoices or other documentation
  • Document shortages and reject any damaged items
  • Direct goods to the appropriate storage locations
  • Package items for shipment
  • Unpack received goods and prepare them for inventory
  • Label shipments with identifying information and shipping instructions
