About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand members' goals and needs.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to help members achieve their fitness objectives.
  • Develop and implement customized exercise programs tailored to each member's unique fitness goals and preferences.
  • Ensure members use proper form and technique during exercises, promoting a safe and effective workout experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, contributing to a positive and motivating environment.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets, as established by the management team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and management team to help new members achieve their fitness goals through personalized training.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Personal Trainer certification from a nationally recognized organization (e.g., CSEP, Canfit PRO, NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA).
  • Be First Aid and CPR certified, or obtain certification within 60 days of employment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exhibit a strong desire for longevity and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Be a fun, personable, and team-oriented individual with a great sense of humor.
