We are seeking a dedicated In-Home Childcare Provider to offer exceptional care and support for children in a family setting. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the well-being and development of children.

Work Environment

The position is based in the employer's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis, though this is not a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Change diapers and assist with toilet training as guided by parents.
• Sterilize feeding bottles and prepare infant formulas.
• Assume full responsibility for household tasks in the absence of parents.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment.
• Travel with the family on trips, providing child supervision and assistance with household tasks.
• Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
• Discipline children according to parental guidelines.
• Instruct children in personal hygiene and social skills.
• Maintain records of daily activities and health information for children.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment within the home.
• Organize engaging activities such as games and outings.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Assist in preparing children for rest periods.
• Supervise and care for children, attending to their emotional needs.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification are required.
• Must pass a criminal record check and medical examination.
