Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Private Home. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare to children in a private home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing nutritious meals for the children.
  • Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the children, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for the children, promoting their physical and mental development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring the children receive a balanced diet.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, establishing a consistent sleep routine.
  • Supervise and care for the children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Take the children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring their safe transportation.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of the children, providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Help children with homework, promoting their academic development and success.

Working Conditions:

The Home Childcare Provider will work 35 to 44 hours per week, with a regular schedule to be determined.
