Commercial Account Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our aviation commercial team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our book of business, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with our Account Executive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the book of business to provide the best coverage for clients
- Assist the Account Executive in the day-to-day management of aviation accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Minimum 5 years of commercial lines experience
- AMF license
- CAIB, CIP designation an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
