Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders from guests with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge.
  • Prepare food items such as bagels, wraps, sandwiches, and baked goods according to standards.
  • Operate ovens, egg cookers, and prepare beverages according to standards.
  • Ensure all showcase specifications are met and maintain a clean restaurant interior and exterior.
  • Receive and store inventory, and maintain a clean back of house area.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Be able to work under pressure while maintaining food safety standards.
  • Have a strong work ethic, be punctual, and responsible.
  • Previous experience in guest service is an asset.
