- Provide technical leadership in customer interactions, sharing security trends and best practices to drive sales.
- Offer Domain Consultant expertise and support for team members, ensuring seamless coverage and high-quality customer experiences.
- Innovate and iterate to drive high technical validation and proof-of-concept win rates for network security solutions.
- Present to customers as a subject matter expert, showcasing our solutions and expertise.
- Lead conversations on industry trends and emerging security challenges, positioning our solutions as the best choice.
- Support the team in documenting high-level designs and key use cases to ensure successful implementation and value realization.
- Review and guide technical validation plans, including proof-of-value test plans and customer readiness assessments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to solidify reference accounts and drive business growth.
- Act as an escalation point for pre-sales and collaborate with post-sales teams to resolve issues.
- Work with product teams to develop requirements and roadmap plans for network security customers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitor selling strategies.
- 50% travel within the region to engage with customers and partners.
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales engineering, zero trust, and network security. Your expertise in SASE, NGFW, and CASB solutions will be invaluable in this role. As a leader, you'll have a proven track record of managing customer-facing teams, delivering comprehensive security solutions, and driving business growth.
You'll be a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise language. Your ability to build relationships, lead teams, and drive results will be essential in this role.
