Physiotherapist Opportunity

Lifemark Seniors Wellness is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to seniors in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, including musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Travel to specified retirement homes and community settings to provide physiotherapy services.
  • Manage a fluctuating caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program.
  • Registered with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • Preferably experienced in LTC or another seniors' care setting.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check.
