We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Expert Roofing Ltd. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Equipment Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the site is safe and clean.
  • Waste Management: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.

  • Language Support: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Environment: 40 hours per week, with a permanent work term.
