**Job Summary**

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of CAM Industrial Solutions LLC's quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role will involve developing and maintaining quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement quality management plans, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and processes.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and non-conformities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role in an industrial environment.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including API, CSA, ASME, ANSI, ACI, NACE, IEEE, IBC, NEMA, NBIC, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documents, including WPS and weld details.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Professional Mechanical Engineer certification.
  • API 510, 570 Inspector certification.
  • Welding or Material Technology diploma.
