Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Prepare special orders with attention to detail and quality.
  • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to impress our customers.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the right ingredients and supplies.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Dental plan and life insurance benefits.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours per week of work.
  • English as the primary language of communication.
