We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at the Ontario Mills Outlets in Ontario, CA. As a Sales Keyholder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our watch and fine jewelry department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed personal sales targets and develop a comprehensive knowledge of our merchandise.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Capture all CRM data in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Merchandise product in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure cleanliness and accuracy.
  • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise control logs as designated by the Store Manager.
  • Follow all security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong selling skills and experience, preferably in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, and/or luxury retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous management experience strongly preferred.
  • Open availability and flexibility to work according to business needs.
