Bilingual LPN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
About the Opportunity- Assess and plan resident care needs in collaboration with medical professionals and internal staff.
- Provide leadership and oversight to health services staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Apply dressings and treatments according to physician's orders and policy.
- Supervise and evaluate job performance and behavior of other health care staff.
- Active registration with the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN).
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid CPR & First Aid or BLS Certification.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire.
- Advanced proficiency in English and French language.
- Previous experience working with elderly in long-term care or senior living environment an asset.
