Job Title: Beneficiary Attendant

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Beneficiary Attendant to join our team at COGIR Immobilier. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, well-being, and safety of our residents.

Job Summary:

The Beneficiary Attendant will provide personalized care and support to residents, including administering medication, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting their overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others and be part of a dynamic and caring team.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and codes of ethics
  • Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
  • Report any noticeable changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
  • Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on observations
  • Proactively assist and support residents
  • Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
  • Carry out health and hygienic care to residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity
  • Answer call bells and respond to emergency situations
Requirements:
  • PDSB training
  • Up-to-date CPR/AED training certificates
  • Law 90 training
