Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at TAQWA PRODUCT INC. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to our outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and select suppliers that meet our quality and pricing standards, and negotiate contracts that benefit our business.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand, and oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise, and resolve any issues that may arise during the supply chain process.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
