Job Summary

As an Overnight Lead at Walmart Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores during the overnight hours. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the retail industry and develop your leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing direction and coordination of overnight stocking activities, prioritizing tasks as per communicated objectives from the Overnight Assistant Manager and the Daytime Management Team.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the store's presentation and appearance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing merchandising display changes as needed.
  • Ensure that defective merchandise is properly handled and removed from the sales floor.
  • Take charge of store safety and security during overnight hours, managing accidents and incidents as necessary.
  • Inspect assigned areas of the store to ensure adequate security measures are in place and physical facilities are compliant.
  • Participate in the training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production goals.
