Job Summary

LUVUNLIMITED TRUCKING INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Communication and Coordination: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to transportation, logistics, and customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
