General Summary
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in processing product orders, ensuring efficient handling of goods, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, precision, and productivity. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving, dispatching, and palletizing products according to operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, handle, and pick products using a Vocollect or WMS (SOGE) system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Sort and palletize orders and products, adhering to established procedures.
- Print, scan, and apply labels using an RF scanner, maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safely operate various handling equipment, including electric pallet trucks, counterbalance forklifts, clamp carts, control selector carts, or mobile manual pallet trucks.
- Comply with all security procedures at all times, safeguarding company assets and personnel.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Proven ability to safely operate forklift equipment (manual or electric pallet truck, counterbalance forklift, or grab cart).
- Commitment to quality, precision, and safety in all tasks performed.
- Basic computer skills are an asset.
- Ability to adhere to procedures and meet deadlines consistently.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive motions.
