About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer to join our team at Titan Excavating & Demolition Ltd. as a Grounds Maintenance Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to landscape constructions, plant care, and general labor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Landscape Constructions: Collaborate with our experienced team to construct and maintain outdoor spaces, including gardens, parks, and other landscaping features.
  • Tie and Secure Plants: Ensure plants and trees are properly secured to prevent damage or loss.
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Maintain the health and appearance of plants and trees through regular pruning and trimming.
  • Rake and Collect Refuse: Remove debris and litter from work sites to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Ensure all work areas are free from trash and debris.
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Assist with the transportation and distribution of materials needed for landscaping projects.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Plant and maintain a variety of plants and trees to enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.
  • Work Term: Permanent: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Work Language: English: Fluency in English is required for effective communication with team members and clients.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week: This position requires a regular 35-hour workweek with opportunities for overtime as needed.
