**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the sales team to ensure customers are being helped in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct sales and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels and optimal sales performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
  • Inspire and motivate the sales team to ensure high levels of morale and productivity
  • Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote the store and increase sales

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in retail operations, preferably in a management role
  • Ability to maintain a customer-focused environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (if required)

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary range of $37,000 to $39,000 per year, based on experience
