About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Delzotto Butchershop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing high-quality meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meats: Clean and cut carcasses, sides, and quarters to prepare for processing or cutting.
  • Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat to meet customer demands.
  • Packaging and Presentation: Wrap and package prepared meats to ensure they are presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Meat Processing: Remove bones from meat, weigh meats for sale, and cut poultry into parts.
  • Fish and Seafood Preparation: Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment with high customer demand.
  • Standing and Mobility: Stand for extended periods and move around the store to fulfill customer needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail when preparing and processing meats to ensure high-quality products.

Work Details
