Position Overview

The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Structures (AME S) is responsible for conducting maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on aircraft structures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. This role involves meticulous documentation and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance tasks in line with the customer's specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately for each repair or modification.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians, fostering skill development.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols as outlined by the organization.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies regarding workplace conduct and safety.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Exhibit knowledge in the maintenance and repair of aircraft structures and components.
  • Ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
  • Implement safe work practices and techniques.
  • Possess basic leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineering certificate recognized by the relevant authority.
  • Have a minimum of 48 months of experience in AME duties.
  • Maintain a valid AME license or equivalent certification.

Compensation: $33.35/hr - $38.58/hr
