Restaurant Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional customer service at beBee Professionals in Courtenay, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate restaurant staff to deliver high-quality service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with management to optimize restaurant operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety to maintain standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new employees, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
