Mission

We are seeking a Foreman to join our team in Sarnia. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for preparing, carrying out, and following up on industrial cleaning sites. You will supervise and direct operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure good work practices and site safety.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute industrial cleaning site plans
- Supervise and direct operations to ensure efficient and safe execution
- Coordinate team activities to meet project deadlines
- Ensure compliance with regulations, customer requirements, and occupational health and safety objectives

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial, unionized work environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work on-call and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma
