About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Truck Trailer Mechanic to join our team at Raglan Industries Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our fleet of trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Maintain Vehicles: Conduct regular inspections of trucks and trailers to identify potential issues and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Repair and Replace Parts: Diagnose and repair or replace faulty parts and components of truck-trailer systems, ensuring all work is done to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to keep our vehicles in top condition.
  • Troubleshoot and Trouve Issues: Use your technical expertise to identify and resolve problems with our trucks and trailers, minimizing downtime and ensuring our operations run smoothly.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Language: Fluency in English or French, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
