Your Role
As a Fuel Terminal Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our bulk fuel terminal operations. Adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with terminal management are key components of this position.
- Evaluate performance based on operational standards and compliance with safety, security, health, and environmental policies.
- Conduct daily operations in line with our business frameworks, ensuring product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Participate actively in scheduled meetings and collaborate with engineering teams for terminal upgrades and maintenance.
- Prepare and manage documentation for changes in operations, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Perform quality assurance checks on new installations and maintain terminal equipment to operational standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair terminal equipment, including pumps and control systems.
- Engage in emergency response drills and maintain the security of terminal assets.
- Ensure contractor services meet company standards and expectations.
- Execute assigned operational tasks using ExxonMobil standards and procedures.
- Coordinate driver observation programs and interface with customers regarding site operations.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations affecting distribution operations.
- Participate in incident reporting and investigation processes.
- Complete additional tasks as directed by terminal management.
Essential Skills
- Previous mechanical and electrical experience is preferred, along with relevant certifications.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance within the oil and gas sector.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, product quality testing, and pumping systems is highly desirable.
