Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Manager is a key role that combines business acumen, operational expertise, and people management skills to drive sales results and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and driving efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge to create an engaging and inclusive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales results through strategic planning and execution
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines
- Develop and implement floorset updates and styling recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruiting, training, and development
- Manage store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including asset protection and loss prevention
- Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
