About the Role

Rafat General Contracting is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Construction Activities
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
    • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
    • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Support Skilled Tradespersons
    • Assist skilled tradespersons in various construction tasks.
    • Perform tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment, tools, and job sites.
  • Ensure Safety and Quality
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
    • Ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard of quality.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Work Environment
    • Work outdoors and underground.
    • Work in noisy and dusty environments.
  • Physical Demands
    • Physically demanding work.
    • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
