Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate disputes in legal issues, provide counsel to clients on potential resolutions, and advocate on their behalf.
- Oversee litigation processes and manage external legal representation.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial and/or consumer litigation within a corporate setting.
- Ability to work remotely on a full-time basis for corporate clients, assisting in the resolution of internal litigation issues.
- Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of residence.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with managing databases related to litigation documentation.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities to effectively manage a demanding workload.
- Advanced legal writing capabilities, experience in legal research, and proficiency in delivering intricate analyses.
