Job Title: IAM Technical Lead

Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IAM Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement IAM systems, including SailPoint IIQ, Okta, and BeyondTrust PAM
  • Develop and maintain custom rules, forms, and workflows in IIQ
  • Integrate enterprise and logical applications through various connectors
  • Manage access request, certification, provisioning, and user life cycle management processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate Okta SSO with existing applications
  • Establish best practices for assigning applications to user groups and document the process
  • Refine and improve onboarding and offboarding workflows and automation
  • Troubleshoot Okta-related issues and work with the Okta support team to resolve
  • Manage the platform (patching, KB, Joule updates, DR) for RSA Secure ID
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in IAM, cyber security, and related technologies
  • Strong experience in integration of enterprise and logical applications
  • Experience with large-scale databases and related technologies
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, Bean shell/Java Script programming
  • Understanding of application server, code deployment processes
  • Experience with web services frameworks and related technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional experience as BeyondTrust PAM Administrator
  • Experience with End-to-End implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) Solution
