About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team at Lament Farms Inc. as a Vineyard Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Maintenance: Clean the crops, cultivate on vertical farming systems, guide growing shoots into optimal development positions, and maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, remove manually all suckers and water sprouts, and tie and secure plants.
  • Weeding and Harvesting: Weeding and harvesting crops, including grapes.
Work Environment

The work site environment is outdoors, with dusty and hot conditions. The work setting is in a rural area, with various locations.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required.
