Product Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Project Manager to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple large-scale projects across the agricultural, industrial, and recreational sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of products.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including research and development, manufacturing, and sales.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing process improvements.
- Resource Allocation: Mobilize technical resources to achieve project goals, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates to the Executive Committee, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during product development projects, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
