We are currently seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance and Investment Strategy Manager to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate banking and financial solutions.
- Manage multiple debt placement projects simultaneously, ensuring effective execution and service delivery.
- Utilize analytical and strategic skills to negotiate bank funding levels.
- Secure debt financing to support business growth across various sectors, including Transportation, Logistics, Information Technology, Real Estate, and Financing.
- Develop and nurture relationships with investors and lenders.
- Lead credit management and communication processes as necessary.
- Create and evaluate complex financial models and financing structures.
- Proactively manage relationships with lenders, partners, and investors to facilitate deal initiation.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with reporting and covenants.
- Work alongside senior management on strategic initiatives.
- Implement cost-saving strategies through diverse syndication and debt placement options.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A degree in Business with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Corporate Finance Debt Advisory, Debt Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, or Private Debt.
- Strong understanding of capital strategy and debt capital structures, including senior cash flow loans, asset-backed loans, mezzanine, and unitranche loans.
- Experience in negotiating credit agreements and indentures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and investigative abilities.
- Professional designations such as CPA, CBV, MBA, or CFA are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within North America is required.
