Hain-Celestial Canada, a prominent division of the Hain Celestial Group based in the United States, specializes in organic and natural products, operating across North America, Europe, and India. Our mission is to deliver high-quality food and personal care items that promote a healthier lifestyle. We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PRODUCTION LINE SUPPORT SPECIALIST.

The main objective of this role is to facilitate the smooth flow of materials through the production line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently load and unload materials into designated hoppers.
  • Confirm that the correct components are being utilized in the production process.
  • Maintain a consistent supply of materials to the production lines to reduce any potential downtime.
  • Palletize completed products according to specifications provided by the Quality Control department.
  • Securely wrap pallets and transfer them to the designated holding area.
  • Ensure that the appropriate inventory documentation is attached to each pallet.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor or Lead Hand.
  • All team members are accountable for upholding quality and safety standards.
  • Report any quality concerns to authorized personnel for immediate action.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work efficiently under time constraints.
  • Capable of lifting and moving items weighing between 5 lbs. and 35 lbs.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
