Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst

The Senior Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Senior VP of Finance and the Chief Financial Officer in driving business growth and financial performance at Vosker. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced finance professional who can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business development and M&A opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the review and due diligence process for acquisition opportunities.
  • Participate in monthly reviews of development and M&A opportunities presented to the Investment committee.
  • Conduct market research and gather financial and operating information on companies and industries.
  • Support the execution of financing transactions and cash management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and financing structures.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • 5 years of experience in a related field, including 2 years of hands-on experience in M&A and capital raising processes.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism (French and English).
