Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of engineering specifications and technical drawings.
  • Engage in field surveys, inspections, and technical assessments.
  • Compile construction specifications, cost estimates, and material requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines.
  • Oversee or conduct field surveys, inspections, and testing of construction materials.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a small team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in 3D graphic software and AutoCAD.
  • Experienced with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
Specialization

Focus on construction design and supervision, particularly in buildings and structures.

Safety and Security

Possess basic security clearance to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Work Environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Capable of handling heavy loads and maintaining attention to detail.
